Kantar HR data-prep agent crew

What was done

Kantar's People Team used Copilot Studio to break a large HR content cleanup effort into smaller agentic tasks. One agent located relevant documents, another translated documents into English, and another identified duplicate policies and created correctly formatted starting versions. The team published agents to Microsoft Teams so nontechnical HR specialists could use and iterate on the workflows. Microsoft reports the agent crew helped prepare 4,000 artifacts into 400 policy documents in six weeks and laid the groundwork for a broader HR advisory agent.
