Dunaway built a Civil Code Analyst Agent with Copilot Studio and Power Platform to reduce the time engineers spend finding and interpreting municipal regulatory documents. A Power Automate flow collects city code documents from sources listed in an Excel manifest, stores them in SharePoint, and uploads organized knowledge into Dataverse for the Copilot deployment in Teams. The agent answers natural-language questions with citations and escalation paths for subject-matter review while separating knowledge by city to avoid cross-jurisdiction errors. Microsoft reports Dunaway reduced manual research time by at least 90% and improved compliance checks across 50 Texas cities.
