What was done
Verdantas unified data from acquired companies and built a Copilot Studio technical resource agent for proposal teams, project intelligence, client history, employee skills, and licensure lookup. Microsoft Fabric aggregates data from systems including Workday and Deltek, while Power Automate pulls from file shares and ServiceNow and Azure AI Search supports semantic retrieval. Verdantas also built a contract management agent that reviews uploaded contracts against legal policies in SharePoint and flags escalation clauses or negotiation points. Microsoft reports multi-agent orchestration made the technical resource agent respond up to two times faster.
