Guild deployed Sierra to support adult learners who balance jobs, caregiving, and education programs. The agent extends service beyond 12-hour weekday coverage, adds more than 20 languages, and handles transactional support while Guild specialists focus on complex human-centered interactions. Sierra reports that the agent matched Guild's 4.8 out of 5 CSAT score for member chat interactions.
