What was done

LINE MAN Wongnai operates food and grocery delivery, ride-hailing, messenger, telepharmacy, payments, and merchant tools across Thailand. After a head-to-head evaluation for rider support, the company chose Sierra as a strategic partner and began expanding from a rider-support chat agent into a broader portfolio for consumers, riders, and merchants. The rider agent is moving into phased production with CRM and API integration so answers can be grounded in account data, while a merchant agent is being built to surface marketing and advertising offers to more than 500,000 local merchants.
