What was done
Diabsolut adopted MuleSoft Agent Fabric and Anypoint Platform to move from scattered agent experiments to a governed, vendor-neutral agent network. Legacy APIs were turned into MCP servers so agents can access Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SharePoint, and Certinia through a common interface. The user experience is a Slack-based concierge layer that also acts as the governance checkpoint for requests and audit trails. MuleSoft reports Diabsolut went from evaluation to production in two and a half weeks, piloted its first two Delivery Intelligence agents in four to six weeks, and made early consulting activities 70% more efficient while keeping quality in the top 10%.
