What was done

Capita is building a standardized integration backbone for agentic AI across its BPO operations and client-facing services. MuleSoft Agent Fabric provides scanner, registry, and visualizer capabilities so Capita can detect, register, govern, and trace agents across platforms including Agentforce, Azure, and AWS. The same integration layer connects agents to ERP, CRM, HR, and client systems while preserving telemetry and auditability. MuleSoft reports Capita now governs and orchestrates more than 350 production AI agents and develops APIs 20% faster, including an Agentforce recruitment agent that chats with applicants and matches CVs to open roles using real-time system data.
