What was done

Ignitis Group worked with Office Samurai to explore and implement UiPath Agentic Automation across its mature automation program. One highlighted workflow manages documents for prosumers installing solar power plants, reducing a process that previously took three days and improving customer satisfaction. UiPath reports Ignitis now has 355 automated processes managed by 45 robots, freeing the equivalent of 200 people's time for higher-value work while agentic AI extends existing customer and accounting automations.
