What was done

AGS Health partnered with UiPath to redesign document processing and denial management for revenue-cycle workflows. UiPath Document Understanding classifies incoming physician notes, nurse notes, prescriptions, imaging reports, and other records, while Maestro decides whether the document can move automatically or needs human validation through Action Center. AGS Health positions the outcome as sending each document to the right place within 24 hours, helping hospitals reduce denials, speed claims processing, and lower collection costs.
