PromptCare expanded from bots for repetitive revenue-cycle tasks into UiPath Agent Builder and Maestro for more complex healthcare workflows. Intelligent agents compile detailed work orders, perform margin analysis, and manage prior authorization and reauthorization requests, while Maestro orchestrates bots and agents under compliant governance. UiPath reports tasks that took staff 20 to 30 minutes or even days now complete in under three minutes, with manual labor reduced by 50% and turnaround time for new patient issues cut by more than 75%.
