Eczacibasi Holding launched Mission AI to move from scattered AI pilots to a structured program for agent development across its diversified business units. Teams used Copilot Studio for low-code agents and Microsoft Foundry for more advanced agent work, with coaching and a pipeline for selecting high-potential ideas. The program produced 27 finalized prototypes, including supplier risk, mining analytics, maritime logistics, and PDF-to-order automation. Microsoft reports decision cycles in supplier risk fell from up to two weeks to under three days, action-taking time in some workflows fell by up to 75%, and the validated business cases project 5,000 hours of annual capacity release.
