What was done

IBM Consulting uses a hybrid CrewAI architecture for federal eligibility workflows where deterministic flows control business rules and agents handle document extraction, summarization, and eligibility reasoning. The implementation integrates with IBM watsonx.ai while coordinating legacy and modern agency systems. The pilots target faster application processing and less manual coordination than traditional RPA-heavy workflows.
