What was done

Gelato uses CrewAI behind Gelato Connect to automate bulk product catalog mapping, validate file uploads, and reduce manual onboarding work for printers. Logistics agents generate, test, and deploy carrier-integration code so engineering teams can add new delivery partners faster. Internal crews also handle routine operational tasks, helping the print-on-demand platform scale without proportional headcount growth.
