What was done

C.H. Robinson built proprietary AI technology to read shipping-request emails, connect information across email bodies and attachments, detect missing data, and create orders. The team started with LangChain for model interoperability and moved complex shipment classification workflows into LangGraph so engineers could track order state and debug agent interactions. LangSmith gives subject matter experts and developers trace visibility across the order-entry process.
