What was done

Consensys adopted Fin to support millions of pseudonymous Web3 users without exposing private identity data or creating openings for scammers. Fin won a production comparison against two other AI agents and an internal option, then became the AI-first support layer across Messenger and email. The agent handles about 20,000 monthly resolutions, reaches more than 70% resolution rate, applies custom masking and guardrails, and supports users across nearly 200 countries.
