What was done

StoreEase built Amber on Sierra and connects the agent to EaseOS, its self-storage operating system. Amber handles phone, web, and on-site journeys including monthly payments, late-fee questions, overlocked tenant access, inventory checks, and end-to-end rentals. Sierra reports about 30 active journeys, 65% to 70% service-call containment, hundreds of new after-hours leads, and 2% to 3% additional move-ins.
