What was done

Rocket Mortgage built an AI-powered Digital Assistant with Sierra to help homebuyers move from early questions to preapproval in one conversational experience. The assistant works across chat and voice, collects information, pulls credit, presents personalized rates, customizes loan options, and helps with payments or loan status checks. Sierra reports clients who start with the Digital Assistant close at rates three times higher than those who do not, and that use of both AI chat and a banker is associated with four times higher conversion for refinance and purchase flows.
