What was done
Motive rolled out Glean so employees could access trusted enterprise context and build agentic workflows without leaving governance behind. The HR team created a self-assessment agent that reviews job architecture matrices, past reviews, project documents, Slack, and meeting transcripts to suggest improvement areas and critical-thinking questions. The GTM team built an Account Plan Creation Agent that combines recent news, Salesforce data, Slack, Fellow, and Google inputs to draft plans for strategic customers. Glean reports Motive has more than 2,000 agents deployed, account-plan build time dropped by 75%, and the self-assessment agent ran 1,100 times in its first review cycle.
