Madrigal Pharmaceuticals built a multi-agent research and intelligence platform so employees can search, analyze, and synthesize information across enterprise datasets under role-based access controls. The system normalizes structured systems, unstructured documents, external sources, and APIs into a consistent tool interface, then uses an orchestrator and modular skills to route work to specialized agents. LangSmith provides deployment, tracing, evaluations, and feedback loops from production failures.
