Takeda citation-backed medical information agents

What was done

Takeda built SEIMEI and AIMI on Agentforce to help medical teams extract insights from clinical literature and answer healthcare provider questions. MuleSoft connects Veeva Vault to Data 360, where more than 3,100 regulated documents are available for retrieval-augmented generation and citation-backed response drafting. Medical information professionals still review evidence and approve final responses. Salesforce reports AIMI has supported more than 25,000 HCP medical information requests and 8,000 non-medical requests.
