Kraken utility customer-service agents

What was done

Kraken partnered with Sierra to launch Autonomous Agents for utility customer operations. The agents are built into Kraken's operating system, use its utility data model and approved capabilities, and support governed customer journeys that depend on account, usage, pricing, and regulatory context. Sierra reports the first enterprise deployment went live in four weeks with a major energy utility and covers 1.3 million customer accounts.
