What was done

WEBTOON Entertainment built WEBTOON Comprehension AI to help internal teams understand large volumes of comics and story metadata without manually reading every title. The LangGraph workflow combines vision-language models, character identification, speaker identification, narrative summarization, translation context, and business-specific insight generation. LangSmith tracing and modular workflow stages help the team keep outputs consistent for marketing, localization, product, and recommendation use cases.
