What was done
Storable adopted Glean to unify context across Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Drive, Gong, Gmail, Slack, and other team tools. Customer Success built a CSM Account Audit agent that reviews SpareFoot customer ROI and reduced per-account audit time from three to four hours to ten minutes. The implementation team built an onboarding prep agent that pulls from Gong transcripts, Salesforce, and email, while GTM teams use a governed Salesforce agent with role-based access for system updates. Glean reports roughly 125,000 hours saved per month, about 60,000 assistant interactions per month, and more than 90% organizational adoption.
