Rippling AI runs inside the Rippling portal and mobile app, where users ask questions and trigger workflows across HR, IT, payroll, finance, and global operations. A supervisor agent coordinates specialized read, RAG, and action agents so the system can disambiguate overlapping terms, retrieve context, and execute permissioned actions. LangSmith supports traces, layered evals, and production monitoring for the multi-agent system.
