What was done

Rush University System for Health adopted MuleSoft Vibes to accelerate integration work across clinical and non-clinical systems while protecting code quality and patient privacy. Developers use the AI agent to generate flow skeletons from natural language, suggest DataWeave functions, document APIs, and reason through unfamiliar integration patterns such as gRPC proxying. The workflow supports HL7-heavy healthcare data environments and helps the integration team ask better requirements questions before implementation. MuleSoft reports one complex API framework was structured in 10 minutes instead of roughly half a day, and a production DataWeave issue was fixed in under one day, avoiding downstream Salesforce impacts.
