Reddit replaced a rules-based Einstein chatbot with Agentforce for advertiser support in the Reddit Ads Help Center. The agent answers natural-language questions about campaign setup, pixel configuration, billing, ad performance, and compliance reviews by grounding responses in Salesforce knowledge and service records harmonized through Data 360. Salesforce reports 46% case deflection, an 84% reduction in chat resolution time, 760 live-rep hours saved per year, and a 20% CSAT increase.
