What was done

Gumroad connected Devin to key repositories and made it available across engineering, product, support, and marketing through Slack and GitHub workflows. Devin fixes build failures, upgrades dependencies, investigates support-reported bugs, implements site copy changes, and turns feature notes into draft pull requests for humans to finish or merge. Devin reports 1,583 merged PRs after four months, an 85%+ merge rate, top contributor status in five of seven active repos, and 316 bugs root-caused and patched.
