What was done
Barco extended its API-first architecture into an agent orchestration layer with MuleSoft Agent Fabric and Anypoint Platform. APIs are exposed to agents through MCP, while MuleSoft provides discovery, governance, and a registry for agentic workflows across Sales, Service, Finance, and shared services. Barco Genius answers product-specific questions for customers, partners, and employees using company knowledge bases and product documentation. MuleSoft reports 3,300 employees supported by agents, five cross-agent ecosystems connected and governed, and 100% API compliance as Barco coordinates headless agents with Agentforce, Copilot, and Joule.
